Remove it. MSN and .NET Passport have discontinued anyway.. Instead IF possible place a different option if available. If not the tab "chat with friends" will suffice

When ever a quest is available based on level, place above the NPC a quest icon as well as mini-map and the map itself. In continuation of the above suggestion, have the option if possible, to hide said quest marks for people that don't want to see it.
