YOU WILL PROMPTLY REPORT THE EXISTENCE OF ANY EXPLOITABLE BUGS (BUGS THAT GRANT THE USER UNNATURAL OR UNINTENDED BENEFITS) TO A MEMBER OF THE L2Elixir TEAM EITHER VIA THE IN-GAME PETITION SYSTEM OR VIA A PRIVATE MESSAGE ON THE FORUM. 4) IN-GAME ITEMS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF IN-GAME ITEMS IN YOUR POSSESSION IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBLITY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THE PURCHASING PRICE OF ANY ITEM BOUGHT FROM PLAYER-RUN STORES. BE A PARTY TO ANY COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE L2Elixir LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PROVIDING OR OBTAINING ANY ITEM USE, OBTAIN OR PROVIDE DATA RELATED TO OPERATION OF THE LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SOFTWARE THAT INTERCEPTS OR OTHERWISE COLLECTS DATA FROM OR THROUGH THE LINEAGE II GAME SOFTWARE NOT PROVIDED BY L2Elixir WHICH CREATES OR MAINTAINS ANY COMMUNICATION TO THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER OR WEBSITE 6) USE OF THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE YOU MAY NOT USE ANY THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM (SUCH AS A "BOT") IN ORDER TO AUTOMATE GAMEPLAY FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING PLAYING, CHATTING, INTERACTING, OR GATHERING ITEMS WITHIN THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION (SEE SECTION 8.3). L2Elixir MAY, IN ITS FULL AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, REMOVE ANY IN-GAME ASSETS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR GAME CHARACTER OR GAME ACCOUNT SO LONG AS THEY ARE DEEMED TO BE OBTAINED UNNATURALLY. BREACHING THE RULES MENTIONED IN SECTION 6 WILL INCUR THE FOLLOWING: STRIKE 1: PERMANENT CHARACTER BAN STRIKE 2: PC / IP / MASTER ACCOUNT BAN
