In 2018, a fake project borrowed the name and damaged that legacy, but the true memories of L2Elixir never died. Today, in 2025, we are proud to announce that a new dedicated team has taken up the mantle to bring L2Elixir back to life – with respect for the past and a fresh vision for the future.

16. YOU MAY NOT ARRANGE FOR THE EXCHANGE OR TRANSFER OF ANY PIRATED OR ILLEGAL SOFTWARE WHILE USING THE L2Elixir FORUM.
17. YOU WILL FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF AUTHORISED PERSONNEL WHILE ON L2Elixir.

2. YOU WILL PROMPTLY REPORT THE EXISTENCE OF ANY BUGS (FOR SEVERE BUGS SEE SECTION 3.3) PRESENT WITHIN THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER USING THE ''Report a Bug'' FUNCTION OF THE IN-GAME COMMUNITY BOARD.
3. YOU WILL PROMPTLY REPORT THE EXISTENCE OF ANY EXPLOITABLE BUGS (BUGS THAT GRANT THE USER UNNATURAL OR UNINTENDED BENEFITS) TO A MEMBER OF THE L2Elixir TEAM EITHER VIA THE IN-GAME PETITION SYSTEM OR VIA A PRIVATE MESSAGE ON THE FORUM.

4) IN-GAME ITEMS

1. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF IN-GAME ITEMS IN YOUR POSSESSION IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBLITY
2. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THE PURCHASING PRICE OF ANY ITEM BOUGHT FROM PLAYER-RUN STORES.
3. L2Elixir WILL NOT RESTORE OR RECOVER ANY ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE WILLINGLY GIVEN OR BOUGHT FROM OTHER PLAYERS.

1. USE, OR PROVIDE OTHERS WITH, ANY SOFTWARE RELATED TO THE LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING ANY AUTOMATION SOFTWARE ("BOT") OR SOFTWARE DESIGNED TO CHANGE OR MODIFY OPERATION OF THE LINEAGE II GAME.
2. USE, OR PROVIDE OTHERS WITH, ANY SERVICE RELATED TO THE LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
   1. ANY SERVICE THAT INTERACTS WITH THE LINEAGE II GAME; OR
   2. ANY SERVICE THAT WOULD CHANGE CHARACTERISTICS RELATED TO AN ACCOUNT OR CHARACTER, SUCH AS INCREASING THE LEVEL OF A CHARACTER ("POWER-LEVELLING").
3. REVERSE ENGINEER, ADAPT, DISASSEMBLE, DECOMPILE OR REDUCE TO ANY HUMAN-PERCEIVABLE FORM ANY PARTS OF THE LINEAGE II GAME OR PARTS THEREOF THAT WERE MODIFIED BY L2Elixir.
4. BE A PARTY TO ANY COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE L2Elixir LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
   1. PROVIDING OR OBTAINING ANY ITEM
5. USE, OBTAIN OR PROVIDE DATA RELATED TO OPERATION OF THE LINEAGE II GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
   1. SOFTWARE THAT INTERCEPTS OR OTHERWISE COLLECTS DATA FROM OR THROUGH THE LINEAGE II GAME
   2. SOFTWARE NOT PROVIDED BY L2Elixir WHICH CREATES OR MAINTAINS ANY COMMUNICATION TO THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER OR WEBSITE

6) USE OF THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

1. YOU MAY NOT USE ANY THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM (SUCH AS A "BOT") IN ORDER TO AUTOMATE GAMEPLAY FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING PLAYING, CHATTING, INTERACTING, OR GATHERING ITEMS WITHIN THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION (SEE SECTION 8.3).
2. YOU MAY NOT RELAY OR STORE ITEMS FOR OTHER PLAYERS WHO ARE IN BREACH OF SECTION 5 & SECTION 6.1.

7) ICOIN (DONATIONS) & ELIXIR COUPONS

1. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PURCHASE OF ICOIN (ELIXIR COIN) IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY AND NOT A PREREQUISITE FOR YOU TO ACCESS THE L2Elixir GAME-SERVER.
2. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT THE PURCHASE OF ICOIN (ELIXIR COIN) DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON THE IN-GAME ELIXIR STORE OR THE SERVICE STATION OF THE IN-GAME COMMUNITY BOARD.
3. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF THE IN-GAME "GIFT ICOIN" FUNCTION.
4. YOU MAY NOT SELL ICOIN (ELIXIR COIN) OR ELIXIR COUPON SERIAL CODES IN EXCHANGE FOR REAL-WORLD CURRENCY (RMT) WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM AN AUTHORISED MEMBER OF THE L2Elixir STAFF.

8.) DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

1. L2Elixir MAY, IN ITS FULL AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TERMINATE YOUR GAME OR FORUM ACCOUNT.
2. L2Elixir MAY, IN ITS FULL AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, REMOVE ANY IN-GAME ASSETS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR GAME CHARACTER OR GAME ACCOUNT SO LONG AS THEY ARE DEEMED TO BE OBTAINED UNNATURALLY.
3. BREACHING THE RULES MENTIONED IN SECTION 6 WILL INCUR THE FOLLOWING:
   1. STRIKE 1: PERMANENT CHARACTER BAN
   2. STRIKE 2: PC / IP / MASTER ACCOUNT BAN
